Personal Strengths Publishing, Inc. (PSP) maintains and expands the body of knowledge surrounding Relationship Awareness®, a theory of relationships and conflict deleloped by Elias H. Porter, Ph.D. From that theory, we have published a suite of assessments including the SDI® (Strength Deployment Inventory®) which help managers and employees improve their relationships and manage conflict more effectively. The SDI and companion tools work to enhance people skills by revealing the motives behind behavior to help facilitate more effective communication.

PSP supports an international network of exclusive distributor offices who service clients in their geographic territories. PSP also helps to coordinate collaboration among offices to support multi-national customers and global training initiatives.
